The all new Toyota Altis 2014 would be the best remodeled variant that would be released from Toyota to enter the Asian Market. We have to admit that Toyota has been acting fast and swift in updating this Corolla Altis model and the current variant would be made available at five trim levels right at the launch such as Toyota Altis elegance, deluxe, classic, and sporty and Monarch.
All of these variants are powered by a four cylinder 1.8 liter DOHC VVT engine that is capable of offering a fuel efficiency of 140 PS and a torque of 176 NM. This engine is mated with a CVT gearbox and its users would surely enjoy its ambient CVT engine offered with a Tiptronic gear level. Its drivers could choose from one of the seven speed levels.
A lot of visual and feature additions have been added to the vehicle and its titanium black trim at the center console and its steering that has been mounted on the shift paddles are the best advantages of buying the new Altis 2014 variant. Other added functionalities of the vehicle include an LED brake light and completely furnished body sketches to add more ambiences to the vehicle. This new generation from Toyota has already been unveiled in the month of June 2013 and the two variants have been unveiled simultaneously, the North American model and the Euro model. The New Toyota Altis would be available in three different engines namely the 1.33 liter VVTi engine that churns out a power and torque of 99 HP and 128 NM, another engine variant is an 1.6 liter Valvematic engine with a power of 132 HP and a torque of 160 NM and the final variant of the engine is a 1.4 liter diesel 4G engine and it offers a power of 90 hp and a torque of 205 NM. This vehicle is available in six speed manual transmission system, CVT transmission system and also at a four speed auto transmission system to match the needs of its followers.
Conclusion:
This new Toyota Altis would feature some of the most charming and modern features and would be enabled with an aerodynamic body and LED headlamp. The vehicle would feature the best design language and would be surely big and spacious than most of its models. Indians eagerly anticipate its launch and is expected to be a hit in India.
