In Indian auto market, there are many companies in the auto sector, which have launched its different models. And therefore the company was not doing that well in the market. But recently the company has registered 62% growth in sales and therefore the company has registered good revenue and also the share prices for it has gone up.
The leading company Toyota Kirloskar Motor recently announced about its profitability and therefore has declared an increase of 62%. This month the company has declared sale, which has increased by retailing 13,333 units. This sale is registered in the local market and the figure is as per the comparison of 8,206 models which were sold in the month of March 2014. If the figures are compared, the Japanese car maker has marked a growth of 10% in FY 2014-15 if compared to FY 2013-14. If the combined sales of the company is taken into account the sales of Toyota Kirloskar Motor has reflected a simultaneous upward style with 14,623 units that include exports – 1,290 units of the Etios series in the month of March 2015. In the year 2014 March the company had sold 9018 units.
Mr. N Raja who is Director and Senior Vice – President of Sales and Marketing in the TKM has told that on the basis of the new launches the company continue to have a double digit growth this month also. With the introduction of the Etios Liva and Cross as well as Etios in the market in 2014 and New Innova and Fortuner, New Corolla Altis in 2015, the company saw has seen a wider acceptance from various customers that continues to move up month on month. The Altis in Corolla, Fortuner and Innova have been continuing to maintain leading stance in their concerned segments. The famous brand Innova has completed a triumphal decade in the last month.
The Toyota is much committed to safety and therefore the company proud to the point that the TKM is the first manufacturer in India, which have standardized front dual SRS Airbags which are fitted across all the models and in all the different grades of mass automobile sector. The additional safety as well as comfort features across all the new models has been perfectly received across markets and the company attributes it to its valued customers who have provided their continued support to the company during the whole journey of the decade. The company has also thanked the customers and all those who are part of its network in one or the other way.
